▶ Named User Licenses - A user occupies a single license slot and the license is only accessible by that user. Named licenses may be reassigned to different users at any time
▶ Concurrent User Licenses - Any number of users can be created, but only a single user may sign on and occupy a single concurrent license at any point in time
▶ If ordering named user licenses, a minimum quantity of 5 licenses applies
▶ If ordering support for concurrent user licenses, a minimum quantity of 2 licenses applies
▶ Subject to the minimum quantities, support for named licenses may be purchased together with support for concurrent licenses
▶ All support, maintenance and upgrades are included in the monthly fees with SAAS service
